Full-Stack Engineer
at Paddock / Remote
As a member of the founding team, you will be an integral part of defining the technical direction, establishing our engineering culture, and influencing the product.
You'll have an immediate and direct impact on the roadmap and lead all our engineering efforts. Working directly and collaboratively with everyone, including the Founder, to build functional and delightful experiences to shape all future products.
Ideally, you have experience in consumer-facing mobile apps and you're passionate about human behavior and how technology can positively influence human lives.

What You'll Do
- All things about start-up flywheel (Product, Customers, Team)
- Collaborate with the team to execute on the product roadmap and company goals
- Build out and scale our Flutter product for both iOS and Andriod
- Manage front-end and back-end development projects and resources
- Ensure reliability and efficiency of our products
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Deep experience with full-stack Flutter development including Firestore database, Authentication, Provider package, Firebase ML Kit.
- Deep understanding of OOP or Dart, able to write clean/reusable code
- Well-versed in current technological trends and technical frameworks
- Demonstrate track record of exceptional ability with Personal project, Coding competition or Self education achievement
- Passion for animal rights, Mission driven and In love with software
